Tobias Wilson

With nearly 20 years in Digital across APAC, Tobias is as respected for his regional expertise as he is for his understanding of creative, start-ups and tech. As the founder & CEO of creative hot-shop @ccomplice, Tobias grew a small team into a regional powerhouse known for its innovative and high-impact campaigns combined with the flexibility and dynamism of a small agency. When the agency was acquired by APD, a digital transformation business in 2015, Tobias became the CEO of the Singapore office leading over 6x growth before APD was acquired by ASX-listed GrowthOps (TGO) at the end of 2018. Tobias then joined another publicly listed company, S4 Capital's MediaMonks, as the Chief Growth for APAC in 2019, taking the team in the region from ten to over 1000 during his tenure.
Previously recognised by the industry as one of Singapore Business Review's 40 and Under as well as being named in the 40 under 40 by Campaign APAC, Tobias also served on the board of the IAB for 4.5 years, 2.5 as Chair. He is also the driving force behind the "Stay Human" campaign, a NFP partnership with Mediacorp that aims to make the roads safer for all road users as well as also being heavily involved with Share The Road, Orphanages.no & Shark Savers having worked pro-bono for all organisations over the years.
Michel Goedegebuure

Michel is a dynamic business consultant who thrives on transforming companies into powerhouses of success. With a master's degree in aerospace engineering and extensive experience in the manufacturing industry, Michel excels in both multinational corporations and small to medium enterprises.
Throughout his career, Michel has been a catalyst for turnarounds and performance enhancements. He managed international programs for Airbus, overseeing the design and industrialization of aerostructures for renowned aircraft. Simultaneously, he led company-wide improvement projects for configuration and performance management.
As the Managing Director of Airborne Aerospace, Michel formed a cohesive management team, driving operational results while shaping top-line growth strategies. He later accepted the challenge of managing a shipyard for DAMEN Shipyards in Singapore, achieving an impressive eightfold increase in gross margin.
During the pandemic, Michel established his own consultancy business in Singapore, focusing on operational excellence. He firmly believes in the transformative power of a comprehensive and well-executed business plan and joins the 24HR Business Plan team with an eagerness to help businesses excel.
Wendy Johnstone

Wendy is an accomplished senior business executive with over 25 years experience in technology/SaaS. Having worked with some of the most iconic brands in the industry - such as IBM, Microsoft, Salesforce and Zendesk - she understands the APAC region intimately and knows what it takes to be successful.
Holding CMO, COO and General Manager positions has given Wendy a diverse range of experiences and a deep understanding on how to align teams and orchestrate cross functionally to accelerate revenue growth and scale global operations in this region.
Wendy is a huge believer in the power of strategic planning and has extensive experience in not only building long term business strategy but in seeing it through to execution. She’s a change management guru, having led many teams and organisations through go-to-market, cultural and operational transformations.
Wendy is a Marketing Academy Fellow and an Australian Institute of Company Directors graduate. She is also a passionate advocate for DEI, having served as executive sponsor for gender diversity in her corporate leadership roles, sat on the President’s Leadership Council of the Asia Foundation, and worked with UN Women and the United Nations in the fight for gender parity. She also now enjoys being a mentor for Mentor Walks Singapore.
Currently Wendy is engaged in Non-Exec board and advisory work, and is looking forward to helping organisations unlock the power of strategic planning to align and inspire their teams, delight their customers, grow revenues exponentially while making a positive impact on the communities in which they operate.
James Layard

James is an accomplished leader with a diverse background. As a former Army Officer, Accenture Partner and SME / Owner Operator, he has a proven track record in designing and leading large-scale business transformation and turnaround programs as well starting and growing new businesses.
Having lived and worked in the Asia Pacific for more than 25 years, James has cultivated a deep understanding of the region’s unique business landscape. His specialisation lies in sectors such as consumer goods, manufacturing, third party logistics (3PL), telecommunications and retail.
James is currently CEO at Geronimo, a prominent private equity firm in Singapore. With his strategic vision and unwavering commitment to excellence, he plays a crucial role in driving the company's growth and investment strategies. He joins the 24HR Business Plan with a strong ability to unlock value and foster sustainable growth.
